Upon receiving payment, the order will not be shipped. When the order will be processed and shipped an email with billing and shipping information will be delivered.
Once a pcakge leaves our office, Obscura is not responsible for tracking your order. Orders outside EU countries receive a tracking code. Follow your order and make sure someone will be able to receive your package. Contact your local post office / carrier before contacting our staff.
In case of a return of your order, please contact our staff. You will receive a message once a package returned to our office. Either Obscura resends your order against shipping costs or a refund is possible. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Yes. Please get in touch and name your order # and item you like to change.
If your order does not arrive within 25 days, please get in touch directly through shop@realmofobscura.com. Please also follow the shipping details you receive through your tracking number.
Please get in touch with our shop team to find a solution. Name your order #, full name and describe the damages. A photo might help as well.
No. We deliver within Europe only.

Depending on the show or festival, Obscura will not offer every item you find in this shop.
Obscura only ships through Deutsche Post / DHL. Shipping costs are calculated concerning weight and destination and differ from each order.
