OBSCURA | Diluvium – Chart Positions

“Diluvium”, the new album from the progressive death metal act Obscura landed at position #3 on the Top New Artist Albums (Heatseekers) chart, which lists the best-selling albums by new and developing artists, defined as those who have never appeared in the Top 100 of The Billboard 200. Obscura‘s previous album, “Akroasis” (2016), landed at #5 on the Top New Artist Albums (Heatseekers) chart while “Omnivium” (2011) reached #11 and “Cosmogenesis” (2009) #71.
Furthermore, “Diluvium” entered German “Offizielle Top 100” at #58 and Schweizer Hitparade (Switzerland) at position #93 which marks the very first time in Obscura’s 16 year lasting history to enter official German and Swiss Charts. “Diluvium” marks the band’s most successful and best selling record to this date.
